Welcome to Projevity Pty Ltd ("Projevity", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, applications, subdomains (including but not limited to roedel.projevity.com.au), and services.
Our Services utilize artificial intelligence to generate recommendations. AI systems are not error-free and may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying all recommendations, particularly regarding allergies, intolerances, and health conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to systems, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with functionality and security.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing cycles are disclosed at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are provided only as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Projevity retains ownership of all proprietary systems, algorithms, AI configurations (Coach Mando), and brand assets. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projevity is not liable for personal injury, loss of data, or financial loss. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Parties agree to participate in mediation in Queensland before pursuing further legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
